Shipping & Payment – EU Countries

Shipping Information

We ship all orders with GLS to the EU countries listed below. Delivery is available to an address or, where offered in the destination country, to a GLS ParcelShop or Parcel Locker selected during checkout.

Shipping is free for orders of €50 or more after discounts. The estimated transit times shown below are in business days and are calculated from the day the parcel is handed over to GLS.

Shipping rates: €8 to Bulgaria, France, Italy, Portugal, Spain and Sweden. €5 to all other countries listed above.

Free shipping applies to orders of €50 or more after discounts. All orders are shipped exclusively with GLS.

Transit times are estimates and may be extended by weekends, public holidays, remote-area delivery or circumstances outside the carrier’s control.

Free GLS Returns

To return your order free of charge, please first email us your order number and the items you wish to return. We will check your order and then send you a prepaid GLS return label by email.

Print the label, pack the goods securely, attach the label and hand the parcel in at a GLS ParcelShop.

If you independently choose another carrier or return method, you bear the direct return costs. Paints, spray cans, thinners and other regulated products must be packaged and transported in accordance with the applicable safety and carrier requirements.

Payment Methods

Online payments are securely processed through Stripe or PayPal. For payment by bank transfer, the payment instructions are provided after the order is placed.

Cash on delivery is not available. Orders are dispatched after full payment has been received.
