How to withdraw from the contract

You may exercise your right of withdrawal within the statutory period in any of the following ways:

• by using the “Withdraw from the contract” function in your order details and then clicking “Confirm withdrawal”,
• by email to info@pmcolours.eu, or
• by sending a letter to the return and withdrawal address shown below.

If you use the electronic withdrawal function, you will receive an email confirmation without undue delay. The confirmation will include the content of your withdrawal statement and the date and time it was submitted.

You do not have to provide a reason for withdrawing from the contract. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your withdrawal statement before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of statutory withdrawal

Following a valid withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal statement.

We will use the same payment method for the reimbursement that you used for the original payment, unless another method has been expressly agreed.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.

You must return the goods no later than 14 days after submitting your withdrawal statement. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires.

If you use the free GLS return label provided by us, we will bear the direct return costs. You can request the return label by emailing info@pmcolours.eu and providing your order number. If you independently choose another shipping method, you will bear the direct return costs.

Frequently asked questions about returns

• How do I obtain a return label? Email us at info@pmcolours.eu and include your order number and the items you wish to return. We will then send you a free GLS return label by email.
• How long do I have to return the goods? The statutory right of withdrawal is 14 days. We additionally offer voluntary returns of unopened and unused goods until the 30th day.
• Do I have to provide a reason for the return? No. Providing a reason is voluntary and only helps us improve our service.
• How should I pack the parcel? The goods must be complete, securely closed, protected against leakage and packed safely for transport. Applicable dangerous-goods and transport requirements must be observed for spray cans, paints and thinners.
• Where will the return be delivered? To our warehouse at Tichá 1285, 735 14 Orlová, Czech Republic. When you use the GLS return label provided by us, the return address is already entered automatically.
• When will I receive my refund? For statutory withdrawal, the deadlines described above apply. For a voluntary return after the statutory withdrawal period has expired, the refund will be processed after the goods have been received and inspected.
• How will the refund be made? Generally, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original order.
