Description
SIA P80 Sanding Paper – for Wet Sanding (230 × 280 mm)
Premium Siawat sanding paper with P80 grit and a sheet size of 230 × 280 mm for wet and dry sanding. Designed for fast material removal: shaping and levelling body filler, removing old paint layers and rust, levelling rough imperfections or welds and preparing the surface before finer sanding steps. Price is for 1 sheet.

Note: P80 is a coarse sanding step – do not use it on clear coat or coloured topcoat.
Advice & tips for wet sanding
- Before use, soak the paper for 5–10 minutes in water. A few drops of car shampoo can reduce friction.
- Sand with medium pressure in short, even strokes and check the surface level regularly.
- For flat areas, use a sanding block or firmer backing pad to reduce the risk of waves and deep scratches.
- Recommended sequence: P80 → P120 → P180 → P240 → P320, depending on the system and final goal.
- Protect edges with masking tape and avoid sanding through on sharp edges.
- Change the water often and rinse the paper regularly to maintain an even sanding pattern.
