SIA P240 Sanding Paper – for Wet Sanding (230 × 280 mm)
Premium Siawat sanding paper with P240 grit and a sheet size of 230 × 280 mm for wet and dry sanding. Suitable for fast levelling of filler or primer, matting old paintwork, blending transitions with a feather-edge and as an intermediate step before P320–P400. It can also handle more noticeable orange peel in filler. Price is for 1 sheet.

Advice & tips for wet sanding
- Before use, soak the paper for 5–10 minutes in water. A few drops of car shampoo can reduce friction.
- Sand with light to medium pressure; check the sanding pattern regularly and wipe/rinse the surface during work.
- For flat areas, use a sanding block or soft interface to reduce the risk of waves and deep scratches.
- Recommended sequence: P180 → P240 → P320 → P400 → P600, depending on the system and final goal.
- Protect panel edges with masking tape; for local repairs, keep the sanded area as small as possible.
- Change the water often and rinse the paper regularly to maintain an even sanding pattern.
