Description
Interference Pearl SAPPHIRE in a 400 ml spray can – ideal for a “Black-Interference” effect with bright blue reflections over a black base coat.
Solvent-based Basecoat 1K (BCB) paint. We fill our spray cans with the same basecoat that we also supply to professional paint shops in tins.
Each spray can is equipped with a 360° adjustable nozzle with a flat “I”-shaped spray pattern for precise and even application. Thanks to its stable pressure, it ensures easy handling and excellent results even for demanding projects.
Interference Pearl is a 3-step paint system that requires a black base coat, followed by the pearl effect layer, and finished with a clear coat to enhance the pearl effect and gloss.
Why choose Interference Pearl?
Interference Pearl SAPPHIRE Blue contains only interference pearl pigments – without any colouring component. To achieve the correct “Black-Interference” effect, a black base coat is essential. The black base remains visible, while the pearl layer visually adds sparkling blue pearl reflections. This creates maximum contrast, depth and a clean pearl shimmer.
Pearl pigment characteristics
The pearl contains a blend of particles sized 20–100 microns. The dominant particle size D50 is 45–50 microns. This range ensures a visible effect both in close-up detail and across larger surfaces.
