Description

HB Body P360 2K Grey Filler Spray – professional base preparation for a perfect paint finish.

This high-quality two-component grey filler is ideal for small repairs, touch-ups and DIY painting projects. It helps create an even, smooth and high-adhesion surface, making it a suitable base for all PMcolours paints – from Flip-Flop and Candy to Pearl effect paints.

Unlike conventional 2K systems, this spray does not require a separate hardener activation system. It uses modern converter technology, which enables 2K curing directly from the spray can – simply shake, spray and prepare the surface for a professional paint result.

How to use the paint

Before use, shake the can vigorously for at least 2–3 minutes after the agitator ball starts to rattle. The surface must be clean, dry and free from grease and other contaminants. Sand the substrate with an appropriate grit paper, degrease it and remove dust with compressed air and a tack cloth before application.

When spraying, keep the can upright and apply from a distance of approx. 20–30 cm in thin, even coats. Apply 2 coats with a flash-off time of approx. 8–10 minutes at 23 °C between coats. The recommended dry film thickness is approx. 50–60 μm.

After drying, the filler can be sanded by hand or machine until the surface is smooth. For overcoating, we recommend sanding with P400–P600. For wet sanding by hand, use P800–P1000. The surface can usually be painted over after approx. 40–50 minutes at 23 °C.

After use, turn the can upside down and spray out a small amount to clean the nozzle.
