BOLL Plastic Primer 400 ml Spray

Description

BOLL Plastic Primer 400 ml Spray is a fast-drying, single-component primer spray designed to improve adhesion between plastic surfaces and the following paint layer. Thanks to its flexibility, it is ideal for preparing plastic car parts such as bumpers, spoilers, trims and other plastic components before painting.

• Colourless / transparent
• Improves paint adhesion on plastic surfaces
• Flexible and fast-drying
• Suitable for plastic automotive parts such as bumpers, spoilers and trims
• Note: Do not use on heated plastic parts.

Application

1. Thoroughly clean and matt the surface.
2. Degrease the surface before application. We recommend using a suitable silicone remover / degreaser.
3. Shake the spray can thoroughly before use.
4. Apply 2–3 thin coats from a distance of 15–20 cm.
5. Allow 5–10 minutes flash-off time between coats.
6. After approx. 45 minutes, the surface can be painted over.

Instructions for use and storage

• Application temperature: +15 °C to +25 °C
• After use, turn the spray can upside down and spray until the valve is empty.
• Store in a dry place and protect from frost, high temperatures and direct sunlight.
• Shelf life: 2 years from the date stated on the packaging.

Important note

Always test the product on a small, less visible area first, especially when working with unknown or sensitive plastic materials.
